Στο λινκ που παραθέτεις λέει οτι η μηχανή πρεπει να είναι συναρμολογημένη στην Ελβετία, ελεγμενη στην Ελβετία, η μηχανή να μπει στην κάσσα στην Ελβετία και ο τελικος έλεγχος να γίνει στην Ελβετία.
Και επαναλαμβάνω:
Δεν βλέπω πως μπορεί να κατασκευάζονται στην Κίνα και να τηρούνται οι προϋποθέσεις αυτές.
