World's First Mechanical Watch to Indicate Both the Lunar Cycle and the Tidal Range
In collaboration with brand ambassador and experienced commercial diver Roman Frischknecht, the Oris ProDiver Pointer Moon indicates the tidal range and lunar cycle at a glance using a unique dial design, removing the need for divers to consult external manuals.
The case, in titanium, measures 49mm. The bezel features a ceramic inlay. It has an AR-coated sapphire crystal, a helium release valve, and it is water resistant to 1,000 meters.
The caseback features a meters-feet conversion scale.
Movement is the Swiss automatic Oris caliber 761 (base Sellita SW220) with pointer moon function and date display at 5 o'clock.
The dial has applied indices and hands, both with SuperLumiNova inlay and the dials can be had with the Northern or Southern Hemisphere tide range indication.
It is available with a titanium bracelet and a rubber strap with folding buckle and easy adjustment extension. The presentation case comes with tools to replacel the bracelet/strap combination.
MSRP is 3,200 Swiss Francs.
