we are proud to build officially the watch for the Pilot´s of the "US Strike Fighter Weapons School Pacific". The US Navy School had looked for the best quality Pilot´s watch on the market (which also is affordable... not the $18,500.00 Pilot´s watch from the other Swiss brand  ) and choosed our brand and our watches (thank you guys!). I am very happy that they trust Tourby Watches. I would like to share with you some pictures and infos of this limited watch model:

Tourby Watches vs. Richemont / IWC: Small German watch manufacturer wins lawsuit against global corporation. The watchguide editors were present at the final hearing before the Cologne district court.

The lawyers of the Swiss billionaire saw in the model "Art Deco" by Tourby an inadmissible imitation of the IWC "Portuguese manual wind eight days" with the reference 5201.04 in gold and 5201.03 in steel. Since the IWC has no design protection on this design, Tourby was sued for the law against unfair competition. As a result, the original product must be very well known and have a competitive nature that clearly distinguishes it from other products on the market. The audience must be able to deduce the design from the manufacturer in question.
