Vintage Citizen Diver's Watch (late 60s)In 1968 Citizen produced two types of diver, one the 'compressor' type with an internal rotating ring whilst the other has the outer bezel.
The 'compressor' type uses the Seven Star 52xx auto movement and is a substantial piece, measuring over 40mm across, it was produced with black, silver, blue and red dials and rated to 100m. Here's a blue example:

A 'Crystal Date' using their 5410 auto movement in either 21 or 33 jewel guise. This example, from 1968, is a 33j model rated to 150m:

The next model was developed from the 5410 - with 33 jewels the 5420 auto was first produced in 1971 and was raised to a different level in two ways. First it was rated at an impressive 500m. Second, it's a Chronomaster - chronometer grade:

To return to Citizen's earliest diver, I suggest that it is the 'Auto-Dater' model, using the 1120 movement. This is a 'Jet' rotor, i.e. the circular geared movement which preceded, and to some extent overlapped, Citizen's move to the oscillating weight type of rotor. 'Jets' were produced from the early 1960's and were phased out in mid-60's. My estimate is that the diver model, rated at 200m, is from around 1964:
