Above Tsipa. Very windy.
The wind became too heavy and we were blown backwards ...
We tried to land on the road near the Kelefa Kastro.
I landed 2 meters beside, between the rocks ... My friend landed down in the "langada", all OK!

Ι am sure, it takes great technics and experience to handle such situations.

The wind pushes you in different place that the wished, and from then on, you have to fight with the wind direction but still remain in control and find an alternative landing, the best possible for your safety.
Having a motor, is still difficult, I have experienced that, but still far easier than pending only and solely on the wind + gravity, to follow a specific path.
Tell us, if you want, a few words, on how you handle such unexpected conditions, that require decisions of a split second, and changes faster than the wind.
