This is circuit, with 39 pins on the bottom, 38 active, the other guide to fit it right side ( ?), that fits on another board, and controls something.
Following, though the photo is not clear, the connections, e.g. the fisrt left set of pins, feeds a series of resistors, in series and the other in parallel, the 3rd and on, feed the processors , from where, the other processors are fed, and the right side , pins 12 to the end, return the signals , after a set of 2 at least variable resistors, and some more resistances.
It has a handle on top, as to pull it out of the board, but its an lod design board, printed circuit, or of less technology.
