HUBLOT SQUARE BANG UNICO NEW MODELS
Swiss luxury watch brand Hublot presents three new Square Bang UNICO editions in sapphire and ceramic.
At the 2022 edition of Watches & Wonders, Hublot unveiled Square Bang Unico, a new square-shaped watch design inspired by the iconic Big Bang. It belongs to the brand’s Shaped Collection, which also includes barrel-shaped models.
The specific features of the Big Bang Unico have been reinterpreted in this new format, including the case’s sandwich-like construction and the use of high-tech materials. All characteristics of the brand icon are clearly visible, including the 6 functional H-shaped screws, one of the Maison’s signature features.
This year, Hublot is presenting three new versions of the Square Bang Unico watch. The first model in sapphire is a limited edition of 250 pieces.
Furthermore, the collection welcomes two new ceramic editions of the Square Bang Unico, in white and black.
Inside these timepieces beat the well-known Unico UB1280 movement, manufactured in-house. This automatic column-wheel flyback chronograph calibre beats at 4 Hz (28,800 vib/h) and offers a 72-hour power reserve. Moreover, it is perfectly adapted for the square format of the Square Bang Unico watch.
Each of these three models comes with a rubber strap and a titanium deployant buckle clasp. The in-house developed One Click interchangeable system makes it possible to personalise the watch by choosing from an extensive range of optional straps.
