Για την ακρίβεια, η απάντησή τους ήταν ακριβώς αυτή:
"Hello Nick,
Of course there will be wear of friction if you turn the crown every day and touch the case at the same part every day. Our watchmaker wear cotton gloves to avoid such wear of friction by turning the crown. If you use our watch and wear it, there will be pattern of the time, this will happen to any watch you wear and use over time, so we can give no warranty for that, hope you understand."

Και η δική μου στη συνέχεια:
"Yesterday I have read the manual over and over and over.
I couldnt find one single line claiming that I shoudnt wound the watch whenever I want to (I have to remind you that you sell an only handwound version of the watch that the buyer SHOULD WOUND IT EVERYDAY) or that I should wear gloves to touch the case!
As for the wear over time, beleive me I know its not my first watch! The thning is that I have a seiko worth 120 Euros with PVD coating that I treat it the same (or harder) way with no sign of wear in the colour of the case for three years now!!!
I think you should reconsider your decision beacuse we are talking for a watch that's been worn for almost a month!!! This cant be normal wear. I beleive there are two cases, one might be paint flaw and the other poor paint quality."
