Bezel
Seiko gets marks for a fully indexed bezel. The 120-click bezel action is typical of the lower-end Seikos (which I think is too light).
Dial
I think the dial is spectacular. A matt black with large applied indices, multi-level like the BFK, nicely spaced chronograph registers, good quality print on the dial text.

The crystal is mineral/Hardlex. At this price point that is to be expected.
