The new Oris watch features a multi-piece stainless steel case. It incorporates a bezel, rendered in black ceramic, rotatable in both directions. On the outside, it is rubber-coated and boasts ‘good grip’ profile. A sapphire crystal, domed on both sides, with anti-reflective coating inside, protects the dial. The case is 100-meter water-resistant.
The two-piece dial is framed by a silver mat ring that bears a Tachymeter scale. The subtle black shade of the dial is contrasted with Superluminova-coated Arabic numerals. At 9 o’clock, you will notice a special seconds display with a dashboard-like design. The Nickel hour and minute hands are provided with Superluminova inlay. The Chronograph function is presented with help of motorsport-inspired red hands. The date window is positioned at 6 o’clock.
The case-back of the Oris Calobra watch reveals an engraving of the unique ‘tie knot’, reminding of the unpredictable twists and turns of the roads in the surroundings of Calobra.
Ticking inside is an automatic mechanical movement - Oris Cal. 774, based on Sellita SW 500.
The new Oris Calobra Limited Edition watch is teamed with a black leather strap decorated with contrasting red holes. It will be available in a limited number of 1,000 pieces.
The exclusive Oris watch is housed in a one-of-a-kind box, which contains a folding set with a rubber strap and a tool for changing the bracelet.
