Paying tribute to the charity auction, the caseback features a special engraving “Only Watch Unique Piece”. Furthermore, the movement’s oscillating weight has been crafted out of 18 K yellow gold and decorated with a guilloché grain d’orge pattern. Dual Time Openworked ONLY WATCH THE SUN with SMA02 in-house movement.
For this new design, Speake-Marin proposes a complication for travellers, who want to know at first glance their “Home” time versus the “Local” time. This new model is therefore the Speake-Marin travel watch par excellence, which targets travelers and digital nomads who are looking for the perfect travel watch, which completes their travel attire.
Orange has been chosen as a symbol of energy and power, referring to the Sun colour and its heating energy, which is in the centre of the solar system. Orange also symbolises life and hope to fight DMD thanks to the very encouraging results of the research against the disease. Last but not least, the Sun is from ages the reference for the chronometry measure and the time split.
Speake-Marin took inspiration from the Black Architecture too (that you can find everywhere in megacities like London) playing with black and grey applications on the case and the bridges.

As a realised vision representing the bridge between the heritage of TAG Heuer and its quest to constantly innovate, the Only Watch Carbon Monaco is the perfect encapsulation of these two core philosophies. The Defy Double Tourbillon Felipe Pantone Unique Piece for Only Watch is made of a Sapphire 46mm case. The dial is openworked, inspired by the Defy 21 Felipe Pantone recently launched in 2021. The watch houses the El Primero 9020 movement.
The finishing we can observe are "Rainbow" PVD coated bridges and a black laser engraved main plate on the movement and special oscillating weight. The hour markers are coated with a "Rainbow" varnish and the watch hands are "Rainbow" PVD coated. The watch will be sold and delivered with a Felipe Pantone special watch box, signed by the artist himself, and an artwork made especially for this.
