the Miyota is one of the most basic movements around with nothing extraordinary to speak of. It is nowhere near the legendary reliability/longevity and engineering of the Seiko 7s26. The 7s26 winding mechanism uses a magic lever whereas the Miyota uses an ordinary and weak ratchet wheel.
Some like the Miyota because it can hack, but I don't really care. At the price point, both the Miyota and Seiko 7s26 will not be bought for chronometer accuracy but for their affordability and reliability.
