Η γερμανική εταιρεία που -ανήκει στην ελβετική swatch- παρουσίασε μια limited edition του Noramis Chronograph, για να γιορτάσει τα 118 χρόνια από την ίδρυση της.
118, τι εξαιρετικό έχει το 118 που να αξίζει μια περιορισμένη έκδοση; Ρε μπας και μας δουλεύουν; Πάντως και ο αριθμός των ρολογιών στα οποία θα κυκλοφορήσει είναι ο 118 και η τιμούλα θα είναι €2900.

Anyway. Το ρολόι φοράει την U7753 automatic caliber που είναι η ETA Valjoux 7753 self-winding της μαμάς.

Η ατσάλινη κάσα έχει διάμετρο 42 mm,  και πάχος 15.25 mm, ας όψεται το καμπυλωτό sapphire crystal (antireflective μέσα-έξω).

Οι δείκτες και οι αριθμοί έχουν επεξεργασία Rose gold PVD plated.

Η υδατοστεγανότητα είναι 100 μέτρα.

Καποτε ηταν μια εξαιρετικη χαμηλου προφιλ γερμανικη μαρκα.Εφτιαχνε ποιοτικα ρολογια με ''σοβαρη'' σχεδιαση και χρησιμοποιουσε inhouse καλιμπρες απο την μεγαλη αδελφη GO αλλα με ενα ''κλικ'' κατω σε φινιρισμα.Ηταν η ''GO του φτωχου''
Tωρα ειναι απλα αλλη μια καλη ποιοτικη μαρκα που προσπαθει να ξεχωρισει απο τον σωρο.


-Θα συνιστουσα τα προ Swatch group μοντελα της Union ανεπιφυλακτα.Δεν ειναι φθηνα αλλα ειναι αρκετα φθηνοτερα απο τα GO με τις ιδιες καλιμπρες.

With five new Noramis Date models, Union Glashütte once again demonstrates its savoir-faire in tasteful retro editions. The 40mm automatic steel watches are presented in a range of very cool colors – positano yellow, bahiarot, cornflower blue, vintage green and graphite grey – which are inspired by the automotive paint finishes of the 1970s.

Complementing the old-timer look and feel, the Arabic numerals and indexes on the luminescent dials are made of chrome. Under the hood ticks the automatic caliber UNG 07.S1 with a 60 hour power reserve. The last two letters of the movement name refer to the anti-magnetic silicon hairspring.

Pricing for the new Union Glashütte Noramis Date models is marked at approximately $2,500 when converted to USD.

Celebrating 130 years, Union Glashütte has unveiled a special edition watch limited to just 300 pieces, the 1893 Johannes Dürrstein Edition Chronograph.

The timepiece is crafted in homage to vintage pocket watch chronographs, specifically inspired by a unique pocket watch from the 1920s, the wristwatch meticulously replicates the original design, down to the reconstructed numbers and hands.

Design details include a silver line-ground face, round-brushed totalizers and a modern-day display at 6 o’clock, encased in a domed sapphire crystal. At the heart of the watch beats the UNG-59.S1 movement that can be admired through a sapphire crystal on the back, boasting a power reserve of up to 60 hours.

With a 42mm diameter stainless steel case and a blue leather strap, the 1893 Johannes Dürrstein Edition offers a blend of elegance and functionality, an example of Union Glashütte’s enduring commitment to quality and affordability.
