Tutima, Arctos and Orfina have been selected to supply the German Army , Airforces and Navy, with an officially issued chronograph , theses chronographs are all using Lemania 5100.

ARCTOS isn't one of the big players in watchmaking, more a niche brand and imho to costly for what you get.
