Κάθε χρόνο-που δεν έχω τι να κάνω(!)- ενδιαφέρομαι να μαθαίνω τα νέα της ωρολογοποιίας από "πρώτο χέρι".

Συζητώντας μεταξύ μας, είναι μεν ενδιαφέρον αλλά υπάρχει κι ένας κόσμος έξω από το φόρουμ με σχέδια, απόψεις και εμπειρία εντελώς διαφορετική από τη δική μας -πάντα στο χώρο της ωρολογοποιίας- που καλό είναι να ακούμε κατά διαστήματα.
Σε παγκόσμια αποκλειστικότητα λοιπόν, οι απαντήσεις των managers όπως εστάλησαν στο προσωπικό μου email.
Για λόγους τάξης, σας αναφέρω πως καμία σχέση δεν έχω με τις εταιρείες που απαντούν ενώ οι απαντήσεις τους μεταφέρονται αυτούσιες.
Τα ερωτήματα τα έθεσα εγώ σύμφωνα με αυτά που συζητούμε εδώ.

Question 2:During 2017 we saw several developments in watch market that may affect the future of horology industry. Which one you deem as more important?

Thanks for your email.
To answer your questions:
1) Our watches are assembled locally here in Melbourne by our own team, this allows us to enforce better quality control than many brands who outsource everything offshore.
2) I think the most important development is more and more people are looking elsewhere besides 'swiss made' watches and are finding value in smaller boutique brands such as ours. This is evidenced by the shrinking size of Baselworld each year and the drop in export revenue for the Swiss watch industry as a whole.

Our vision is to democratize custom made watches for now, and the ultimate vision is to be a custom lifestyle brand! In 2018, we will be launching custom eyewear, I think its best to work with them at that stage. It is the right time to plan.

We are highly collaborative, we can launch collbration models within 48 hours – other brands takes up to 9 months at least.
