EZM1 - is a chronograph and is assumed to have been used by various German Special Forces/Border Patrol/Customs Units. The ZUZ (Zentrale Unterstützungseinheit Zoll), and the ZTZ (Customs Central Technological Group) had their own versions with each divisions logo printed on the dial and are Argon filled.
EZM2 Hydro - was the first oil filled model in the EZM line. This model was issued to the GSG9 (Grenzschutzgruppe 9) divers section (issued GSG9 version1 had a red on black date (40 were refurbed by Sinn with a black on white date wheel), 2nd version had a black on white date and was a 'marketing' rather than comissioned version despite Sinns claims it was requested by GSG - its identical to the kit version sold in Japan with torches & knives.
EZM3 - is specially lubricated & designed to operate in extreme cold for 'customs' divers and is Argon filled.
EZM4 - is a chronograph specifically made for emergency services such as Fire/Ambulance/Paramedics and is Argon filled.
